36 Cypher (also known as 36th Cypher, 360, or T.S.W.) is an underground hip-hop artist and emcee from the Rexdale neighborhood of Toronto, Canada.He specializes in gritty, traditional, street-oriented boom-bap, which he has humorously described as “traditional alley cat rap”. He is heavily affiliated with the Toronto-based underground collective Brown Bag Money (BBM).
